The State of North Carolina is offering a comprehensive internship program for 2024, designed to provide students with practical experience in state government operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist with research and analysis on policy issues relevant to the assigned department.

Qualifications

  • Ability to commit to the internship duration of 10-12 weeks during summer 2024.

Experience

  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in a government or public service setting is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in research, data analysis, or project management will be considered an asset.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
